4. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a moving date, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid additional fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the move may result in a cancellation fee, which will be disclosed during the booking process.

5. Liability and Insurance We take the utmost care in handling your belongings, but Doctors Inlet Movers is not liable for damage to items that are packed by the customer or not properly secured. All items are transported with insurance, and customers have the option to purchase additional insurance for higher-value goods. Customers must notify us of any valuable items that require special care.

6. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Doctors Inlet Movers be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the moving services.
